Scanning your photos to send.
In general scan between 600ppi – 800ppi in 24bit colour keeping the highest quality jpeg setting, keep in mind the 20mb file size limit on our multiple file uploader, you can send up to 3 files at a time each file no more than 20mb each.
For large format printing you need to scan at a higher resolution and save off as a tiff, you will need to keep the tiff file size no more than 200mb to make use of the free service from www.mailbigfile.com, this is a great free service that allows you to send large files when email wont, and the best thing is it wont cost you a penny.
E-mailing photos to us:
You can simply email your photo/photos to us but please be aware that there are file size restrictions on some if not most email systems, once we receive your file we will email you usually within 24 hours to discuss what work you would like carried out, you will then be given a free quote, “still no obligation”.
